Daily Life in Our Leadership Development Program
Throughout the 16-month internship, students will rotate through four distinct departments, each offering a unique perspective on our business operations:
- Process Improvement & Business Analysis
- Operations
- Inside & Outside Sales
- Recruitment, Retention & Safety
Each rotation is designed to immerse you in the core functions and challenges of the department. You’ll engage in a wide range of hands-on tasks—from developing innovative business solutions and planning fleet dispatches, attending customer meetings, crafting sales proposals, recruiting drivers, and managing safety-related incidents. This dynamic structure ensures a well-rounded experience, giving you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully while building a strong foundation for future leadership.
