Daily Life in Our Data Engineer Co-Op Program
Throughout the 12-month co-op, students will be offered a gateway to impactful automation projects and the chance to expand into more advanced programming responsibilities, including Python, APIs, React, and SQL, based on proficiency and interest.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks across various business units.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to analyze process workflows and propose automation strategies.
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of deployed RPA bots, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Document RPA development processes and outcomes for continuous learning and improvement.
- Embrace the opportunity to learn from senior developers and expand into custom programming projects, based on performance and initiative.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be currently enrollment in a degree program related to Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with strong programming fundamentals.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project completion.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- A genuine interest in technology and automation, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and
