A Look Into the Program

I currently work as a Terminal Manager at Contrans, a role I stepped into after only four years with the company. My journey with TFI began in 2019, when I joined as a Solutions Analyst intern with little background in the transportation industry. From the start, I appreciated the supportive environment and the trust placed in me, which helped me grow both professionally and personally. After my internship, I continued working part-time while completing my undergraduate studies and eventually returned full-time as a Business Analyst.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to mentor students through the McMaster internship program. I take pride in guiding new talent and serving as a reliable resource for those seeking support. The internship program has evolved significantly since my time, now offering enhanced resources, stronger networking opportunities, and a more immersive experience—empowering interns to make meaningful contributions from day one.
