Over the 8 years TFI has been running an internship program, the company has seen 34 interns overall, with 2 currently in a senior management role. Starting in 2022, my internship experience has played a foundational role in shaping my career journey. TFI’s internship program allowed me to explore many different sides of the business, from operations and dispatch, to sales and recruitment. Getting the chance to rotate through roles ensured I could make an informed decision on long term career goals. As i have continued full time as a Business Development manager, I continue to lean on the skills and network I formed during my internship.
