Over the past eight years, TFI’s internship program has welcomed 34 interns, with two of them now serving in senior management roles. Below, you’ll find Ryan and Megan—both former interns who have grown into management positions within the organization. We’re also excited to share stories from recent interns who returned to TFI after completing their studies.

Starting in 2022, my internship experience has played a foundational role in shaping my career journey. TFI’s internship program allowed me to explore many different sides of the business, from operations and dispatch, to sales and recruitment. Getting the chance to rotate through roles ensured I could make an informed decision on long term career goals. As i have continued full time as a Sales and Operations Analyst for US Operations, I continue to lean on the skills and network I formed during my internship.
